When we email you with a match, you will receive your Compatibility Quotient with them along with a few interesting details on why and how you matched – this will also help you understand a few of their qualities and give you some insight into their personality. You will also receive a photograph of your match, along with their first name, age and city.
If you select the option that you’re open to meeting someone in a different location as you in Part 1 of the Compatibility Quiz, there could be a possibility where you receive a strong match with someone based somewhere else. If such a case arises and you wish to take it forward, we will e-introduce you. The two of you can Skype/video chat and it’s your choice if you would like to continue with the connection or explore other matches.
Yes, of course you can. While we do encourage you to give each match a fair chance since you do have a good level of compatibility and a certain level of curation has gone into matching you, it’s completely your choice. We won’t force you into meeting a match, but it would be great if you do give us a reason why you are turning him/her down so we can keep it in mind for future matches. Do note though, if you are the one turning down the match, it will still be counted from your total matches in your membership package.
At NSA, we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. That is why a Relationship Manager will always get in touch with you post every date for feedback. We are using the Normal Distribution Curve – based on the I.Q. ranges (accepted worldwide). Here, the mean is considered 100 and Standard Deviation is ±15, both sides of the mean. The CQ between 2 people is derived after calculating the scores in relation with each other and applying our formula. While you’re taking the quiz, you can go back and change your answers at any time, but once you click Submit, you cannot change your answers nor will you be able to retake the quiz.
Please refrain from bringing someone along for your date, after all your friend is not the one looking for serious love. First dates can be quite awkward enough, you don’t need a third person present to upset what could be an otherwise great dynamic.
You’re welcome to cancel your membership anytime before your first match – no questions asked. We cannot guarantee love, but we can definitely help increase your chances of a meaningful connection. Please note that it takes 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account or credit card.
